SUP: Stand up Paddle
All over the world Stand Up Paddle Boarding is gaining on popularity. It is easier to learn than windsurfing or kitesurfing and has one big advantage: You can SUP when there is no wind! It is a perfect complete training for all your core muscles and therefore a great prevention for back problems. The sport has a wide variety. You can do a relaxing SUP tour or practise on the sea and try to do your first wave rides!
We offer following Stand Up Paddle lessons & tours:
- Introduction SUP lessons where you will learn the right technique
- SUP lessons in small groups
- Group SUP tours over the Veerse Meer accompanied by one of our instructors
- Downwind SUP tour including transport
- SUP Yoga
Courses:
Beginnerslesson SUP (basic 1)
In the SUP beginner lesson, you will learn the basics of Stand Up Paddle. After a short introduction on the beach we’ll go into the water. With fun and useful excersises we’ll get you on board quickly and at the end of the lesson you’ll be paddling around while enjoying the surroundings and life on the water.

SUP Lesson Basic 2
In the basic 2 Stand up Paddle lesson, we will expand on your SUP techniques. You’ll learn different strokes and turn the board around quicker. Ofcourse this happens on the water with a lot of fun excersises.

Advanced SUP lesson
The advanced SUP lessons are taking place at sea. The current and waves are going to be a challenge and make the sport more exciting. You will learn about the safety at the sea, how to get through the beach break and how to master your first wave rides.
Minimal requirement is that you master SUP techniques on flat water well and know how to make short turns with the board.

SUP Downwinder
Within a small group of people you are going to join a SUP downwinder. It is a tour, where you paddle with the wind. Depending on the wind direction you are going to start or finish at our Surf School. We provide the transport to the start or finishing point. One of our instructors will guide you and provide tips when needed.

SUP Yoga
To be zen on the water! SUP Yoga means that you will practice Yoga on a SUP board. This can be done at all levels, so you don’t need SUP or Yoga experience to participate. With our experienced Yoga teacher you will paddle to a quiet place on the water. You will be doing your Yoga exercises and feel one with the nature.
SUP Yoga lessons will be given on (min 4 persons):
Fridays: 19:00 – 20.30
Saturdays: 10.30 -12.00

Week Sportscard
Do you want to have an active week on the water and try out different watersports? Then the Week Sportcard is for you!
With this card you can do 2 courses, each in a different sport. Furthermore, you can rent equipment, this is included in the card.
For example, you can choose a combination of Windsurfing and Kitesurfing, Windsurfing and Catamaran or Kitesurfing and Catamaran.
